The South Iowa Cedar League recently recognized four Keota baseball players being named All-Conference.

Colten Clarahan headlined the Eagle selections being named to the first team as a utility player. The freshman did it all for Keota with a team-high .424 batting average and 1.31 ERA in 42 2/3 innings of work on the bump. He had 18 RBI, scored 10 runs, and walked 15 times. Austin Waterhouse was selected to the second team. The senior led the team with 23 RBI and supported a .338 batting average. Waterhouse provided depth with the pitching staff finishing with a 2.05 ERA in 41 innings. Justin Moeller and Carson Sprouse were named honorable mention. Moeller recorded a .254 batting average with eight RBI while Sprouse had a .317 batting average and was successful on all 10 stolen base attempts.

The Eagles finished the 2019 campaign with a 15-6 season.
