A bridge will be replaced near Kalona and a section of Orange Avenue will be closed for the duration of the work. The Washington County Engineer’s Office announced that Orange Avenue from Highway 22 south to Poplar Boulevard will be closed July 17th through August 23rd. Approximately one mile of the road will be shut down while crews replace a bridge.
