Just after noon on Thursday a suspect was transported to the Washington County Jail with an outstanding warrant. Brett Allen Wulf of Washington was arrested on a warrant for possession of controlled substance third or subsequent offense, possession of controlled substance marijuana third or subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wulf is being held on $5,300 cash only bond.
