
Washington will host its first legislative briefing of the 2019 session this Saturday. The briefing scheduled for January had to be cancelled due to inclement weather. Constituents are invited to speak with their legislators and ask questions. Democratic Senators Kevin Kinney and Rich Taylor, and Republican Representatives Jarad Klein and Joe Mitchell have been invited to attend. The legislators will provide opening remarks and then will take questions from the audience. The briefing begins at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Washington County Courthouse. The courthouse will also host a legislative briefing at 10 a.m. March 16th.
