The Riverside City Council is looking to annex 30 acres in the North Grow Area.

Axiom Consultants submitted the request for Riverside to annex the land so Axiom could move forward with developing a residential district in the city. The original proposal was discussed at the council meeting held on November 19th, but the council did not have enough quorum to set a date. The council will discuss setting a public hearing for the annexation at Monday’s meeting.
