The Lone Tree football team fell on Friday to No. 3 New London by a 53-6 final score.

The Tigers dominated play, scoring the first 53 points of the contest. Isaac McSorely led the New London attack, posting the games first four touchdowns on his own. The Tigers held a 32-0 lead at the half. Lone Tree scored their lone touchdown on a 12 yard run by Bryce Houser in the fourth quarter. Harmon Miller led the Lion offense, going 14 of 24 through the air for 173 yards with an interception. Avery Knock had five catches for 65 yards. With the loss, the Lions fall to 1-4 on the year.
