Multiple agencies responded to a single vehicle incident near Brighton Tuesday.

According to the Washington County Communications Center at about 10:52 a.m. a vehicle was reported in the eastbound ditch near 1775 335th Street southeast of Brighton. The driver was in the vehicle with eyes open but not responding. Brighton Fire Department, Brighton Rescue, Washington County Ambulance, and Washington County Sheriff’s deputies responded at the scene. A sheriff’s deputy transported the driver to Washington County Hospital and Clinics. The vehicle was towed from the scene, and charges are pending for the driver.
