Discussion of a disc golf expansion layout is on the agenda for the next Washington City Council meeting.

Other agenda items include a resolution establishing a city hall/police project committee and confirming appointments, a resolution approving and adopting preliminary plans, specifications, plat, schedule, estimate, and providing for a notice of public hearing for the East Washington Street sidewalk project, and a resolution endorsing a Main Street Iowa Challenge grant application for the Linda Lou’s property redevelopment. Due to a lack of quorum for the regular meeting date on September 4th the council will meet on Wednesday September 5th at 6 p.m. at the Washington Public Library.
