At 8p.m. Tuesday night the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to 411 S. 2nd Avenue in Washington for a report of someone with a knife.

Authorities arrested 53-year-old Mark Allen Staley of Washington for public intoxication, third and subsequent offense and assault displaying a dangerous weapon.
