On Saturday, a Burlington man was arrested for failure to appear for a compliance hearing.

41-year-old Dustin Thomas Carlson missed his hearing to show cause on the original charges of second degree theft and third degree burglary, both class D felonies. Carlson posted $1,000 bond. His new court date has been set for July 19th.
