The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk baseball team suffered their second loss in a row Friday, falling to Center Point-Urbana 5-0.
Things were scoreless until the top of fourth when the Pointers scratched across one run, they scored once again in the sixth and then had a big three run seventh inning for insurance. Mid-Prairie had four total hits on the night, led by Eli Steckly with a pair. Brad Tornow went five and a third innings on the hill for the Hawks. With the loss, Mid-Praririe is 5-2 on the year and will travel to Tipton Monday.
