The Winfield Mt Union will host the WMU Co-Ed Relays tonight at 4:00.

Area teams that will be there for the boys are Columbus, Lone Tree, WACO, and Washington. For the girls it is Columbus, Lone Tree, and WACO.

The Winfield-Mt Union Wolves boys last meet was Tuesday at the Warrior Relays at WACO, they finished third overall. Brandon Snowden led the Wolves winning three events the 100, 200 and the 400-meter runs. Brody Barton also won the 3200-meter run.

The Lone Tree Lions finished second overall at the Warrior Relays. For the Lions their champions were Harmon Miller in the 800-meter run. Casey Shalla in the discus and the shot put. The Lions also won the 4×100, 4×400, and the 4×800 meter relays.

The WACO Warriors finished ninth in the Warrior Relays. Colton Horak was the Warriors lone champion on the night taking the 400-meter hurdles.

The Columbus Wildcats finished 12th at the Mid- Prairie Relays on Tuesday. The Wildcats top finisher was Abel Mena taking third place in the 400-meter hurdles.

The Washington Demons were sixth in the Mid-Prairie Relays. The Demons top finish came from the sprint medley relay team of Cade Hennigan, Tanner Murphy, Sawyer Whistler, and Ethan Hunt.

On the girl’s side, the Winfield-Mt Union Wolves finished 18th in the Panther Relays on Tuesday. The Wolves top finishes were a third place in the shuttle hurdle relay and the distance medley relay.

WACO finished 19th at the Panther Relays. The Warriors top finish was a champion in the shuttle hurdle relay.

The Columbus Wildcats finished fourth in the Mid-Prairie Invitational. The Wildcats top finishers were Angie Byas 2nd in the long jump, and the 4×200 and 4×800 meter relay teams were also runners-up.

The Lone Tree Lions finished fifth in the Mid Prairie Invitational. The Lions had one champion on the night the shuttle hurdle relay team.
