The Columbus Wildcat boys basketball team had three players named to All-Conference squads by the Southeast Iowa Superconference.
Wildcat senior Tommy Pretz was a second team All-Conference pick. Pretz finished fifth in the conference, scoring 15 points per game. His 172 rebounds were eighth most in the Superconference. He ended the season with 40 assists, 33 steals and 24 blocked shots.
Senior Abel Mena and sophomore Eric Valdez were both honorable mention selections. Mena ended the season averaging 10 points per game. He finished the season with 32 assists, 33 steals and 82 rebounds. Valdez scored six points per game. He had 35 assists, 11 steals and 32 rebounds. The Wildcats ended the season with an 0-22 overall record.
