Washington High School jazz musicians will be performing at a venue in downtown Washington Thursday evening.
JP’s 207 will be full of jazz music for the special, free-will concert. Washington High School Band Director Don Hughes tells KCII News that the jazz band will be playing most of their competition set which includes Minor Details, Angel Eyes, and Seven’s the One. He adds the restaurant packs out quickly, and recommends arriving early to get some food before the show. The Hi-Fi’s Jazz Choir will also perform. Music begins at 7 p.m. and runs about an hour and a half.
