Celebration of life services for 74-year-old Charles A. Leeper of Brighton will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday (2/6) at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington.

Calling hours will begin 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m.  Interment will take place at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Brighton at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, a general memorial has been established.
