Budgets, generators, and the county’s emergency radio project will be discussed Wednesday in a joint meeting of the Communications Board and E911 Services.
Regarding the radio project the request for proposal process and timeline will be addressed, as well as a building needs discussion about a possible feasibility study. At last week’s county board of supervisors meeting it was approved unanimously to set a public hearing for January 30th at 9:30 a.m. for a bond of up to $10.5 million for the emergency radios, which is for essential county purposes. The E911 meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
