The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk volleyball team leaned on their defense for success in 2017.

The Golden Hawk defense finished fourth in the River Valley Conference with 17.45 digs per set. Alison Yoder led the Mid-Prairie defense with 373 digs, 10th most in the River Valley Conference. The Golden Hawks ended the season with a 5-23 overall record.
