The Winfield-Mt. Union football team fell in their final game of the season losing to New London 44-0.

The Tigers suffocated the Wolves offense to only 49 yards on the day while they recorded 297 yards. They scored three times in the opening quarter to bust the game open highlighted by Keontae Luckett with a 14-yard rushing score and one from 23 yards out. Luckett recorded the hat trick in the second quarter when he took a Wolves punt 60 yards to the house for his third score of the day. Up 36-0 at the break the Tigers tacked on one more in the second half to secure the 44-0 win.

Luckett finished the night with six carries for 48 yards and three scores. Andrew Brady led the Wolves with 15 rushes for 39 yards. Juanito Piper had six tackles including one for a loss to lead the defense.

With the win New London improves to 6-2 as the Wolves finish the year 0-9. WMU loses four players to graduation including Kaleb Hagge, Carter Hinkle, Jayce Malone, and Kyle Giese.
