A single vehicle came to rest in the ditch along Highway 218 Monday morning and there were no injuries.

According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 7:39 a.m. the vehicle was in the ditch near 135th Street, south of Riverside. The vehicle had been traveling southbound, went across the median, and ended in the ditch on the northbound side of the highway. The driver was a juvenile. Washington County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the seen, and medical units were disregarded. The vehicle was removed from the ditch and had damage to a tire.
