The 2017 Mid-Prairie Homecoming King and Queen have been crowned.
This year’s reigning king is Keaton Duwa and queen is Katie Frantz. The rest of the homecoming court is Peyton Miller, Zach Pettit, Marshal Teets, Maya Hall, Jayla Rediger, and Shelby Zahradnek. As heard live on KCII, the king and queen were crowned at Mid-Prairie’s festivities Wednesday night. Representatives from the volleyball, cross country, and football teams were presented. The band, dance team, and cheerleading squad gave performances. The Golden Hawks will corral the Mount Vernon Mustangs at their homecoming game Friday night. KCII will be broadcasting live with play-by-play coverage from Dwight G. Sattler Field on AM 1380, FM 102.5 and KCIIradio.com starting with the pre-game show at 7 p.m.
