If you started off your summer with a bucket list and still have items left to be checked off before the school year begins, you have one week left until classes begin.

The Washington School District will start the school year Wednesday, August 23rd. If your student hasn’t registered yet, that can be done online through the e-registration system. Meet the teacher night will be held next Monday for elementary students. Freshman orientation will be at the high school 6:30-9 p.m. in the Washington High School auditorium, this will include the new student computer rollout on August 21st.
