With the scratch of a ticket a Wellman woman became $50,000 richer recently.

Chelsea Bell claimed the prize from the Iowa Lottery after playing the “Frogger” scratch game. The ticket was purchased at Casey’s in Wellman. Bell’s $5 ticket became $50,000. She claimed the prize at the lottery’s regional office in Cedar Rapids last Wednesday.
