The Huskies’ baseball team will look to cap off a perfect week of baseball tonight when they travel to Albia for a non-conference showdown.

Riding a four-game win streak, Highland (14-3) has seized control of the Southeast Iowa Super Conference as they lead the league by a game and a half over second place Burlington Notre Dame (12-4). Chase Rath has been a big two-way player all season for the Huskies carrying a .451 BA at the plate and 0.70 ERA on the bump in 30 innings of work.

The Blue Demons (6-17) are winners of three of their last five games. Cobi Thomas leads the way with a .351 BA and 3.95 ERA on the mound.

The matchup gets started at 7 p.m. tonight at Albia High School.
