A local bank was recently recognized by United Way of Johnson and Washington Counties. CBI Bank & Trust was presented the Game Changer Award. The award was given in recognition of the bank’s sponsorship of the first Money $mart program in Washington County. The program included financial literacy classes for those entering the world of banking, covering banking terms, budgeting, checking and savings accounts.
