Celebration of life services for 93-year-old Leona R. Blum of Washington will be held Thursday,(3/30) at 3:00pm at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. Burial will follow at the Wellman Public Cemetery around 4 P.M. Visitation will be held Thursday, (3/30) from 1:00–3:00 pm at Beatty Funeral Home. A memorial fund has been established for a Scholarship fund with the Mid-Prairie School.
