Rain and wind swept across the KCII-listening area Sunday. Washington received 0.25 inches of rain Sunday. The coolest temperatures of the weekend were recorded Saturday with the thermometer dipping down to 25 degrees. According to the National Weather Service, so far this month temperatures have been above normal. The average temperature has been observed at 47 degrees, above the normal 38.8 degrees. Temperatures are forecast to drop off as the week goes on with highs in the mid-50’s today and the high-30’s on Friday, with a chance for a snow shower. Listen to KCII for weather updates.
