Funeral services for 89-year-old Richard “Dick” L. Hayes of Washington will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 19, at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. Burial will follow at Grace Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2-7 p.m. Friday, November 18, at the Beatty Funeral Home with the family present from 5 – 7pm. A memorial fund has been established for Hospice of Washington County and the Ronald McDonald House.
