Memorial Mass for 81-year-old Joyce Seip of Washington, formerly of Sigourney, will be held on Saturday, October 22nd at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Sigourney. A memorial fund has been established for the Sigourney Public Library or St. Mary Catholic Church. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Sigourney is caring for Joyce and her family.
