Visitation services for 64-year old Eugene C. Kallaus, of Riverside, will be held on Wednesday, (8/3), from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Sorden-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Riverside.  Immediately following the visitation, military services will be held.  Following the military services Wednesday (8/3), a time of food and fellowship will be held at the Riverside V.F.W. Post 6414 from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  Burial will be in the Riverside Public Cemetery at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the University of Iowa Palliative Care, Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center of the Children’s Hospital in memory of Gene.  Sorden-Lewis Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
