The Mid-Prairie girls golf team was in action Monday at the Tipton Golf and Country Club for a River Valley Conference dual with the Tigers.

Tipton won the meet by a score of 206-209 but the Golden Hawks came away with the biggest highlight. Sophomore Paige Slabaugh scored her first career hole-in-one on the 101 yard par three, seventh hole.

She finished with a round of 48 at the meet. The Mid-Prairie girls golf team will next be in action Monday when they travel to West Liberty.
