Crews are painting centerlines on 155 miles of paved roads in Washington County this week. The office of the Washington County Engineer has contracted RoadSafe Traffic Systems of Des Moines to paint the lines. The entire work should take about a week, weather permitting. The public is encouraged to use caution and safe driving practices near the equipment and in the moving work zones. Any questions should be directed to the engineer’s office.
