The KCII-listening area received rain over the weekend and encountered a foggy Monday morning. Washington received just over four-tenths of an inch of rain over the weekend. According to the National Weather Service, Washington has received less than the normal one inch of precipitation for the first two weeks of March. Conditions caused a dense fog advisory for the area Monday morning, causing visibility to be less than a quarter mile at times.
