Today is the final day for Senate bills to be reported out of Senate committees and House bills to be out of House committees in the Iowa legislature. Tomorrow, four legislators will meet with constituents at the Washington County Courthouse for the second legislative briefing of the session. Two Republican State Representatives Dave Heaton and Jarad Klein, and two Democratic State Senators Kevin Kinney and Rich Taylor will be in attendance. The legislators will give opening remarks and then answer questions from audience members. The briefing begins at 10 a.m. and is open to the public.
