The second evening of movies in Washington’s Central Park is being held tonight. Main Street Washington is organizing the event. Director of Main Street Washington Sarah Sadrakula explains tonight The Goonies will be shown on the band stand. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets to sit on. In September they will be showing Back to the Future. Sadrakula explains they selected movies that would appeal to children and adults while not competing with films in the movie theater.
