Celebration of life services for 106-year-old Thelma L. Horsey of Washington will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday (8/7) at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be held on Friday (8/7) a the Beatty Funeral Home with family receiving friends from from 1 to 7 p.m. A memorial fund has been established for her great grandchildren’s education.
