The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is investigating incidents in Wellman involving stolen golf carts. According to Chief Deputy Jared Schneider, all of the cases appear to be similar. He adds they have been able to clear up some of them and are filing charges against a juvenile. There were several reports late last week and into the weekend of carts being stolen from properties and abandoned in different parts of the city.
