Over three inches of rain fell in Washington Thursday, according to the National Weather Service. The 3.06 inches recorded set the record high rain total for that date in Washington. So far this month, Washington’s rain total is 6.75 inches, above the normal 4.07 inches. The record total for the month of June was set in 1930 with 13.5 inches.
