Local golfers are returning home after playing 36 holes of golf at the state competition. Winfield-Mount Union’s Grace Edwards ended her high school career yesterday tying with four others for 16th place in the Class 1A girls’ state golf tournament. She shot a 29 over 193.

Kortney Orr of Columbus Community placed 22nd, tying with four others in the Class 2A state tournament, carding a 23 over 193.
