The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks boys’ golf team held a dual meet on Thursday as they took on the Wilton Beavers. The Beavers topped the Golden Hawks at the the Kalona Golf Club with a low score 182 while the Golden Hawks 211.

Sophomore Ethan Danner and freshman Michael Callahan led the Golden Hawks each with a 51. Rounding out the scoring was freshman Collin Gingerich carding a 54 and Sophomore Duncan McCain shooting a 55.

Mid-Prairie returns to competition Monday against the Tipton Tigers. Tee time is set for 4 p.m. at the Kalona Golf Club.
