The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk boys’ golf team battled windy conditions yesterday as the played 18 holes at the Wildcat Invitational in Durant. As a team they would place eleventh out of 12 teams. Sophomore Duncan McCain led the team, shooting two 51′ for a 102 total. Sophomore Seth Mann shot 56 and 49 for a 105. Freshman Michael Callahan went 57 and 49 for a 106 and Collin Gingerich shot 56, 54 for a 110.

Mid-Prairie’s next competition is Monday, hosting a dual meet with West Branch at the Kalona Golf Club.
