Washington received over six-tenths of an inch of rain Sunday and into the early morning hours of Monday. According to the National Weather Service, 1.34 inches of rain has been recorded in Washington so far this month, about one-tenth of an inch more than the normal amount. Total precipitation for the year is about two inches below the normal 6.16 inches.
