The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks girls’ track team will be back out on the track tonight for Clear Creek Amana’s Invitational.

The Golden Hawks have not taken part in a track meet since last Thursday at Mt. Pleasant. In that meet the Golden Hawks had two athletes who finished in second place in their events; they were freshman Anna Hostettler in the 3200 meter run and senior Lexi Duwa in the 100 meter dash.

Teams participating in tonight’s meet are South Tama, Mount Vernon, Solon, Center Point-Urbana, West Branch, Keota, English Valleys, Durant, West Liberty, Iowa Valley, Williamsburg and Pekin.

The meet is set to start at 4:30 p.m. in Tiffin.
