An appeal has been dismissed from the Iowa District Court for Washington County in regards to a claim and a contractor from a project involving Washington Community School District. According to the Iowa Court of Appeals, the case involved Frank Baxter General Contractor, Inc., Quincy Lighting and Home Center, Inc., Washington Community School District and DB Acoustics Inc. The court dismissed the appeal filed by Quincy.
