A bond issue for street projects and a fire truck will be discussed and considered at tonight’s regular session meeting of the Washington City Council. The resolution tonight regards setting a date for the authorization of a loan agreement and the issuance of general obligation capital loan notes not to exceed $375,000 for the projects. The loan agreement and notes shall be payable from the debt service fund.

The council will also consider an engineering services agreement for the new business park design, updating the city’s safety manual, and the first reading of amending residential zoning code changes. Tonight’s meeting begins at 6 p.m. in council chambers.
