Graveside services for 89-year-old Kenneth Swan Noble will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 14th at the New Boston Cemetery in New Boston, Illinois. Open visitation will be held from noon to 6 p.m. Friday, February 13th at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. A memorial in Kenneth’s name has been established to the American Red Cross. The Beatty Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
