The Washington Demon girls’ and boys’ basketball team returns to the court Friday evening hosting their Southeast Conference rivals the Fairfield Trojans. Live play-by-play can be heard on FM 106.1 and KCIIRadio.com starting at 5:45 p.m. with the Washington Hy-Vee Pregame Show. The girls’ game is scheduled to begin at 6:15 p.m. and the boys’ game to follow around 7:45 p.m.

The Washington wrestling team is scheduled to compete in a varsity tournament at East Marshall High School. First matches begin at 10 a.m.

The Washington girls’ and boys’ bowling teams is holding their first of three straight meets at Lebowski’s Rock n Bowl on Saturday afternoon. The Demons welcome the Mount Pleasant Panthers to town for a Southeast Conference showdown. The meet commences at 2 p.m.

Finally, the Washington Archery team is in a competition at Cardinal Community High School.
