November’s temperatures in Washington were below normal according to the National Weather Service. The average temperature last month was the record lowest at 30.7 degrees, the normal is nearly eight degrees warmer. Also, the average minimum temperature was the record low at 20.8 degrees, seven degrees below the norm. The year to date temperatures are the record lowest in average temperature, average maximum temperature, and average minimum temperature.
