Tomorrow is Veterans Day and the Washington County Military Museum with the American Legion Post #29 is hosting a free dinner for veterans and their families. Mike Worley states the event is in remembrance and celebration, which honors soldiers. The dinner will be held at the Iowa National Guard Readiness Center in Washington at 6 p.m. tomorrow.

The free dinner will feature speaker Sgt. John Mickelson of Midwest Military Outreach and music by “Just Us Girls,” and the Girls State winners Sydney Hoffman and Meredith Lumberg will be present.
