Celebration-of-Life Services for 92 year-old Marion I. Singer of Washington will be at 10 AM on Wednesday, October 29th at the Jones and Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Visitation will begin at Noon on Tuesday, October 28th at the Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6-8 PM. Interment will take place at Friends Cemetery in Richland. The Jones & Eden Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
