Eleven individuals accused of manufacturing meth face up to 25 years in prison. The arrests were made earlier this month following an investigation that spanned four months. That investigation began after police executed a search warrant in Oakville and arrested 45-year-old Anthony W. Sill for manufacturing methamphetamine in April.

On the 13th, the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office arrested Wapello residents 32-year-old Jason E. Breuer, 35-year-old Dustin J. Breuer, 25-year-old Robyn M. Holland, 46-year-old Richard L. Stout, 51-year-old Laura Jo Cocklin, 33-year-old Jamie R. Ewart and 49-year-old Lisa M. Hayes. Officers also arrested 22-year-old Crystal Lee of Oakville, 39-year-old Jill L. Lovell of Muscatine, as well as 32-year-old Christina L. Robertson and 33-year-old Jason T. Goldsberry of rural Conesville. Goldsberry, Cocklin and Roberston are being held at the Louisa County Jail on $25,000 bond. The others were released. Ahead of these arrests, 54-year-old Robert Zaehringer of Oakville was arrested in May.

The defendants are charged with a class b felony for conspiring with one or more persons to manufacture more than five grams of methamphetamine. Their preliminary hearing is set for September 4th. According to the Louisa County Sheriff’s Department, they expect to make additional arrests.

The investigation was conducted by the former Washington-Louisa County Drug Task Force. The police departments in Columbus Junction and Wapello assisted with the arrests.
